This is necessary to ascertain the damage or defect before we proceed with a refund or replacement.

• Please make an unboxing video while opening the packaging, especially if you find a broken seal or any damage to the product.

• Do not break the seal of the product if you have doubts or concerns about its authenticity.

• Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept returns or replacements for the product.

• Two-way shipping/traveling charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Important Note: We cannot process refunds or replacements if the above guidelines are not followed.

Recommendation: Certain products like BCAA, pre-workout, and other dietary supplements are hygroscopic and may form lumps. While these products are 100% safe to consume, we recommend shaking the product firmly to break down any lumps and dissolve them in water.

What should I do if I receive a damaged/incorrect item, or if any item is missing in my order?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if any item is missing from your order, please send the following to our customer care:

• A screenshot of the product’s outer packaging

• MRP holograph

• Item Batch Number

• Images of the items received

• Invoice copy

Once we receive the information, we will review the issue and respond within 24-48 hours. If the issue is from the respective brand, we may escalate the concern to them, but this process may take longer.

Return Process:

• Step 1: Raise your concern within 7 days of receiving the product, along with complete product images and the unboxing video.

• Step 2: If applicable, we will arrange a reverse pickup. You must return the package through any courier service within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Step 3: The package should be in its original condition when returned to Protein Instamart.

• Step 4: Our quality analysis team will inspect the product and provide an update to management. If the product is found to be in its original condition, we will offer either a refund or replacement (subject to availability).

• Step 5: If the product is found to be in a damaged or unusable state, we will return it to you in the same condition.

If you receive a damaged or tampered product, we recommend not accepting the product from the courier. This will help us escalate the issue with our courier partner.

Important Note: In such cases, we will initiate a new order (same product/item) and dispatch it to you as soon as possible.

Note: Stock Clearance Products are not eligible for return or replacement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a refund within 7 working days, after the deduction of processing charges. If the order has already been dispatched, we will also deduct shipping fees along with RTO charges (a total of 2x the shipping cost).

Example: If shipping costs 100 INR, the total deduction would be 200 INR, plus 2% extra.
