All orders are processed on business/working days only (Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM IST). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 PM IST are processed starting the next business day (Monday to Friday).

• Stock units/items are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours.

• Large/bulk quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to the shipping time. Items may also be bulk-packed.

• Custom items/products may take 5-15 working/business days to deliver/ship.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for transit. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

What is Protein Instamart’s Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. A shipping charge of ₹80 per kg will apply to all orders.

• If your order is canceled, lost, or undelivered, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping charges (if paid online).

• Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
