Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform.
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may reject the product upon delivery.
- Protein Instamart does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers and eatables. However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the product quality is deemed unsatisfactory.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt. The seller/merchant will inspect the complaint before processing any refund or replacement.
- If the received product does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify customer service within 1 day of receipt for further review.
- For products covered under manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues.
- If a refund is approved by Protein Instamart, it will be processed within 7 days.
