Kapiva A2 Milk Desi Ghee is made using certified A2 milk from Indian Gir Cows. Curd from this milk is hand-churned using the traditional Bilona method to ensure quality butter. This butter is then gently heated to get A2 ghee. Milk used to make this ghee is lab tested and certified as A2 by A2 Milk Research Corporation. Every batch also goes through tests that help detect the presence of beta casein protein.
